4. Subscription Policy

a. Subscription Plans
Fit with Attiya offers optional subscription plans that provide access to premium features such as exclusive workouts, advanced meal plans, progress tracking tools, and VIP community content. Subscription plans may include monthly, quarterly, or annual options.

b. Payment & Billing

  • Payments will be charged to your account (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store) at the time of purchase confirmation.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

c. Managing Subscriptions

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel via the platform where you purchased the subscription.

d. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for new users. If not canceled before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the chosen subscription plan.

e. Refund Policy
All payments made through the app stores are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Google Play or Apple Support.
